You must notify eu77's support team immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
eu77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to be your own and you accept full responsibility for all transactions and wagers placed through your Account.
eu77 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification process (KYC) at any point during your use of the Platform — including but not limited to upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon detection of suspicious activity. KYC verification is a standard regulatory and operational requirement on all legitimate gaming platforms.
eu77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing or restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Verification decisions are final within the scope of the operator's documented procedures, though you may appeal through the support channel.
Deposits to your eu77 Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. eu77 references familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context only for Pakistani users. eu77 does not claim any endorsement, partnership or affiliation with these providers.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence or interest in the Platform's intellectual property other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without eu77's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eu77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any:
Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, eu77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall be limited to the actual net deposits made by you to eu77 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
eu77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account activity presents a fraud, money laundering or security risk; (c) there is a dispute regarding the ownership of the Account; or (d) suspension is required for regulatory or compliance purposes.
eu77 reserves the right to permanently close an Account and forfeit any associated balance where a player has been found to have engaged in any of the Prohibited Conduct described in Section 10, or where the player is found to have provided false information during registration or KYC.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting eu77 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding void or forfeited bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion, which suspends access to the Account for a defined period. Self-exclusion requests are activated as promptly as operationally possible. During the exclusion period, the Account cannot be reopened regardless of the reason. The availability of external dispute resolution services depends on the operator's licence jurisdiction and may not be available to all players in all territories.
eu77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eu77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform's homepage or by email to your registered address. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated review date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
